We manage, look after or advise on property in order to make property work for our clients.We recognise the requirements of the different parties in the property equation, from the role and rationale of the developer in supplying property to the market, the investor in holding property for return, as well as the demands and requirements of businesses in their occupation of property. MOST MANAGEMENT was formed in 2005 with the purpose of highlighting the value and importance of strong operational and asset management, and administration of property. We adopt a flexible approach, tailored to meet clients’ needs, from the broad range of services encompassed by the above headings. We have particular awareness of the property market dynamics and the impact of market variables on the performance of property for both owners and occupiers. Owners or investors in property should promote the identification of opportunities to increase or realise value, as well as apply consistent management techniques where there is a portfolio of interests. For property occupiers, property is a business cost and optimum management is achieved by alignment of property plans with business strategy. We can assist in highlighting operational inefficiencies, potential savings and effective use of space. |
